So actually, I am on vacation right now! So not much blog stuff has been happening, and I am also probably horrifyingly behind on comment replies and blog hopping. Sorry guys! So this post will be short. Except for this one thing that I wanted to share – last week a lot of you asked me about this TBR list file on Twitter. So on Friday, I’m writing a post where I’ll share the template and you can make one of your own!
I made a list today. I realized I have a problem 😂 immediately got two items off the list. CONCLUSION: LISTS WORK.#bookwormproblems pic.twitter.com/53xzpat7mT

~ Last Week On The Blog ~
We had a review of a wonderful urban fantasy, The Long Way Down, which I loved with all my heart and already have the sequel to! And also, a buddy read review of The Little Friend with JJ @ This Dark Material. And last but not least, I showcased my Dewey’s #readathon TBR.
~ Coming Up Next Week~
Next week we have State of the ARC, a blog tour review for The Breedling and the Trickster, and a tutorial post about TBR spreadsheets that some of you asked me on Twitter about! Yes, I will be sharing a link for you to download.

~ Little Book Haul ~
The Things We Learn When We’re Dead is a little something I grabbed last week, through the author’s request. And No Fourth River came in the mail just a few days ago as part of a blog tour. Excited!
And also let me share this, because I’m also so happy about my rare bookmail! Big thanks to Bookollective.
And also I grabbed this in the used book stall yesterday!
~ In The Bookish Community ~
Sam @ We Live And Breathe Books talks about how hard it is to give a good review without giving anything away
Sarah @ Sarah’s Book Shelves talks about how she started out and explains book blogger lingo and a few things that have changed over the years
So how has your week been? And what are you reading? What did you haul?
As usual, I’m linking up with the Sunday post meme at Kimba’s book blog and Stacking The Shelves over at Tynga’s Reviews.
I’m Evelina and I try to blog about books that matter, with a bit of fun there too! Disability and equality will be topics you see a lot, but there’s also a lot of scifi, fantasy and… GIFs. I’m also the proud founder of #ARCsAnonymous.
Enjoy your vacation, lovely!
I am really excited for the State of the Arc – cannot wait to write my own, and the TBR spreadsheet too. I am also excited for your bookmail, that might be a bit weird, but I am happy for you!
Thank you 🙂 sorry I am replying so late 😀 actually, I am still waiting for one giveaway win bookmail package xD apparently, bookmail from Canada takes FOREVERRR 😀
Woo hoo! Enjoy vacation! And the new reads… Cat Among Pigeons looks great!
Thank you 🙂
Enjoy your vacation. You got some great books this week, and I’m gonna have to look into No Fourth River now too. Have a great week. 🙂
Thank you, Jenea 🙂
I hope you have a really relaxing, enjoyable holiday:). Your blog list looks very efficient – I love the way you colour-code the status as it means you can see what is going on at a glance. Have a lovely week, Evelina!
Thank you! Yeah, my vacation was good!
First and foremost, thank you for mentioning my post! Always appreciated. I hope you are enjoying your vacation. I know I am enjoying all your food pictures on. YUM! Your spreadsheet is fabulous. I am a fan of my spreadsheet too, but realized the other day, that I forgot to enter ARCs one week and missed their releases. There was a lot of self-flagellation, but at least I fixed it now.
My pleasure 🙂 thank you, my vacation did go well 🙂 oh no, that’s too bad you missed those ARC release dates! Well, we’re all just human, can’t avoid some error. It’s hard with the pace we set ourselves especially 🙂
Ahh I hope you have a fantastic vacation and YAY SPREADSHEET! I keep a really terrible one but I can appreciate people who actually do it right. Also that’s super awesome you’ve gotten some rare books you really wanted. BOOK FLAIL TIME.
Thank youuuu 🙂 I did have a good vacation! Although I totally messed up the Dewey’s readathon. But I mean, it’s hard to readathon not at home -.- I WAS grasping at straws.
Enjoy your vacation and your books! I am very behind on blogland as well, it’s no biggie 🙂
Thank you!
I hope you’re having a wonderful time on vacation! I’m really curious to see your reading spreadsheet. I currently have a notebook where I hand write all my books I’m going to read each month and cross them off when I’m done reading. It’s so old school, lol
Thank you, Tammy 🙂 I also love using notebooks, but I find myself to always have left them somewhere where I myself am not xD so that poses a bit of a problem. That’s why spreadsheets on the phone are quite practical, although a loooot less cute, heh 😀
And thank you, vacation was indeed good, although a little bit short and cold 🙂
Enjoy your vacation!
Thank you! 🙂
i hope you have a lovely vacation and enjoy your well deserved time off
Thank you 🙂 it was a good vacation, yeah!
I hope you’re enjoying your vacation, Evelina, even if the fridge is really noisy.
Those books are gorgeous! I hope the stories inside are good, too 🙂
I can’t wait to see that template on my own computer. I have an excel sheet I use, but yours look much fancier 🙂 Thanks so much for sharing with all of us.
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.
Thank you! 🙂 I did enjoy that vacation. Thankfully I figured out how to switch off the fridge after two days or so 😀 felt good after that!
I hope you liked my spreadsheet 🙂 and thanks!
I hope you enjoy the Charlie Laidlaw book! I read it in December and loved it
http://litflits.blogspot.co.uk/2017/12/the-things-we-learn-when-were-dead-by.html
Thank you! Yeah, I saw that a lot of people have read it, bloggers I mean 🙂 I gotta go see your review.
Enjoy your vacation!!! And thank you for the links to these posts they do seem very interesting indeed 😉
Thank you 🙂
Hope you’re enjoying your vacation, Evelina! ♥ So far I’ve been able to manage my TBR with handwritten lists, but I don’t think that will last forever. Can’t wait to see your TBR post and stash your template away for when I’ll inevitably need a better organizational system 🙂
And because I haven’t said it enough: buddy reading with you was a blast!! We’ll have to do it again, hopefully with a less frustrating book 🙂
I did enjoy my vacation, it was great, even if a bit cold 🙂 I miss talking to you in DMs so much though! We should totally do a buddy read again sometime xD
No Fourth River looks tempting. Enjoy your books, and thanks for sharing. Thanks for visiting my blog.
Thank you!
Enjoy your holiday!
Thank you 🙂
Hopefully you have a nice vacation and you’re having fun !!
looking forward to reading your Tbr list’s spreadsheet, AND also I might followed your bloglovin’ post and just today I finally made an account !! I feel somewhat better of a blogger now, ahaha
Thank you, my vacation was nice indeed 🙂 oh, that’s nice to hear! Congrats on getting a Bloglovin’ 🙂
Evelina! I am all sorts of in love with your photography. Do you have any posts on how you approach bookstagram and photography as a whole? Or, do you have any posts you’d recommend for me to check out and learn from? Anyway, I hope you are enjoying your vacation and I cannot wait to see what you’ll write next. You’re awesome and I really am in awe of how epic your blog is.
Thank you! Actually, in my own opinion, I SUCK AT BOOKSTAGRAM 😀 so I don’t feel like I can give any advice on it? 😀 but this means a lot to me – I can’t believe you actually said that! Thank you so much <3
And thank you for all these compliments - OMG, I am blushing 😀 truly!
I hope you have a wonderful vacation! You deserve a little break!
Thank you! The vacation was indeed good 🙂
Enjoy your vacation! You work hard and deserve it. =)
Thank you!! The vacation was great, but a little too cold and too short! But I’m back 🙂
Enjoy your vacation Evelina 🙂 And congrats on getting the new books 🙂 I can see you have started getting physical books. Yay, so happy for you 🙂
Yeah! Thank you 🙂 although you know, I haven’t requested any more after that, so I don’t know if it will continue. But it was definitely enjoyable 🙂
Thanks so much for linking to my post! And love your TBR spreadsheet – I’m a big spreadsheet user too!
My pleasure 🙂 oh yeah, spreadsheets are the best!
Ah congrats on bookmail and free donuts! Omg I want free donuts now haha. Spreadsheets are my new love, I keep one for all blog posts throughout the year and I may have to create one for my TBR books…I like lists too much and the illusion of being organised haha.
Hope you have a great vacation girl!
Shh, it’s not an illusion, ahaha 😀 anyway, my spreadsheet post is out now! Wonder if you saw it 🙂 and I also want free donuts now xD

Thanks, it was indeed a good vacation 🙂
Hope you have a great vacation!
Thank you!
I’m horrfically behind on blogging-related things too. :’) Enjoy your holiday!
Thank you! 🙂
First of all, enjoy your vacation! I really like your Instagram pics! Looks like you got some interesting books! I hope you’ll enjoy them all!
Thank you, Lynn! Aww, that’s wonderful to hear 🙂
I hope you are enjoying your vacation! I made a spreadsheet for my ARCs earlier this year and I do think that seeing everything together really helps. Have a great week!
Thank you! The vacation indeed went well 🙂
I’m excited about the TBR list post (I’ve not caught up that far yet) but hope you enjoyed your vacation. Who cares if you’re behind on comments etc, it happens. I’m a month behind on replying to comments but only a week behind on blog reading. We don’t talk about how behind I am on writing posts. It happens but at least you had some time off and a chance to relax, that’s more important.
I did, thank you 🙂 I am horribly behind on replying comments myself xD oh well!
